WORLD PALLIATIVE CARE DAY 2026
The Department of Pain and Palliative Care, Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, celebrated World Palliative Care Day on 9th October 2026 under the theme “A Little Care Can Make a Big Difference.” Amala College of Allied Health Sciences actively participated in and supported the programme. The event highlighted the importance of compassionate care, dignity, comfort, and human connection in improving the quality of life of individuals receiving palliative care.
